Complete in pairs for time:
150 burpees
3 rounds
42 DB/KB hang squat cleans
30 DB/KB thrusters
125 burpees over object
2 rounds
42 DB/KB hang power snatch
30 DB/KB push press
100 object facing burpees
1 round
60 DB/KB devils press
P1 = work
P2 = FLR hold (only for the time it takes to do the devils press)
(Player can only complete reps whilst partner is in an FLR hold)

Bring your partner, bring your effort and if you fancy meeting in a field then go for it….but stick to those guidelines you know the drill!
